Ok so been noticing this alot recently and people are vanishing with out a trace lately, so my question is wtf is going on!

Nope but kirah was in the middle of a convo between me and harry next min both gone i texted kirah and she said she cannot log in as it said the username cannot be found, lottie checked the admin site and they didnt appear so whos been deleting members?? And no bille is silent

I searched for them in the user list and could not find them either.
I wonder what is happening?\
I knew there may have been some problems but I have never seen anything like this.

I knew I wasn't going insane. So maybe me being banned from the Lounge was a glitch too?

Hey Everyone...well this certainly should not be happening (obviously). We're looking at it right now....

Hi. Well there's some good news and some bad news here. We've recovered most users and all of their content. The bad news is that our host really dropped the ball. They are **supposed** to make backups of our databases, so that in an event such as this one, we can quickly recover. The issue here is that they did not do complete backups for us and so if someone whose data was lost signed up between May 2014 and Jan 2015, they look to be gone forever. We just don't have the copies of their data around.

This is something that is completely unacceptable and I'm speaking with my host to resolve. I don't know what to say to our lost users other than a most sincere apology and promise it will never happen again. Unfortunately, these databases are quite large and we didn't recognize there was lost data until we actually needed it.

Now I need to go grovel and beg for forgiveness from one of our most cherished mods as well....charmaine.

I take it that with the accounts gone, there's no way of e-mailing invites to return?

Chances are that is the type of info that is gone.
We can only hope they re-register...

As the aforementioned harry14a, I was subject to a 'cleansing'. I have begun to request friends again and can only suggest, shyteacher, that you do the same. Hope you make contact again with those you are missing.
