cannot type in chat

Hi, I'm using a mobile device. As of today suddenly
when I go to full chat, I have the chatbox on the screen bottom with my name, but no keyboard? I am using Puffin Browser

Have you tried Chat lately?
Let a Mod or Admin know if you continue to have difficulties...

I have a similar problem, only right on my laptop. One minute it's fine, then I can't type. I have to logout, then in. It works for awhile, then it stops again...

I'd love to help if possible.
Many problems are browser/Flash related.
While Flash technology is older and not supported on many platforms anymore, it works well with Google Chrome. What browser are you using, and is it updated to the latest version? Also, do you experience this problem on other computers?

Thanks for your response. I'm using the latest version of Firefox. A moderator was in the room yesterday and I told her about it. She said she would look into it.
