When I log in my status remains "Offline." I try to click the offline next to the little green man and change my status in my settings and nothing happens. Sometimes my status seems to change to online or available on its own. I use the Chrome browser. What am I doing wrong?

Where I find works best for me to set status in the function bar at the bottom of the screen. Near the right is a gear icon, which brings up the Chat Options menu. Setting your status in there should work, and remain until you update it.
