You may need Adobe Flash in order to see that or chat...

Our chat is not currently compatible with mobile. You can view the full site on your mobile device (instead of the mobile site - just scroll to the bottom and click show full site.) You will not be able to use the chat on a mobile device, but you can Search > Members and choose Online for Online Status.
Hope that helps. We look to implement chat on mobile sometime this year.

UPDATE:
Chat does now work on mobile and tablet devices.
While on the mobile site, you will need to scroll to the bottom and click the Full Site link in the footer, then login as you normally would.
