Content Rules for Contributions

Our story submission rules are based on consent and mutuality, a survey of the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_consent_in_the_United_States age of consent laws of U.S. states, coefficients of relationships and research and received consultation into common healthy sexuality.
Submission of stories, comments, and chat on the Solo Touch member's forum must follow certain rules. Those that do not will be flagged by users and moderators and might be edited or might not be posted at all. We have zero tolerance for any material supporting, encouraging, or defending any type of child abuse and/or child exploitation.
SoloTouch (Est. 1996) is a diverse open-minded sex-positive community dedicated to the exploration of a wide range of recounted experiences and adult fantasies in fiction, with a focus on masturbation and healthy sexuality. We support artists' First Amendment right to create freely. We also acknowledge publishers' First Amendment right to create a community accommodating to their specific members.
All rules are intended to apply to stories, comments, chats, forum posts and any other textual content you may create at the site.
We realise that the common human experience is to start masturbating and having sexual thoughts, feelings and experiences at puberty or even younger. We therefore allow stories that involve an adult reminiscing, but have set certain standards about what we will and will not publish, to discourage any negative thoughts or actions towards children. There is zero tolerance for stories that oversexualize the younger version of yourself so that the focus of sexual arousal is mostly or entirely that character’s youth. There is a difference between sharing a detailed and sexy story of your own healthy sexual growth for others to learn from and enjoy vs. writing for an audience who may have an unhealthy fetish for underage sex.

Solotouch is an ADULTS ONLYwebsite. We welcome stories, comments and chat from adults of 18 years of age and over, about their current or past experiences or fantasies, as long as they adhere to the rules.
If you are an adult and portray yourself as a minor, you will be immediately banned and your account deleted.
All stories, subjects, comments and chat submitted to Solo Touch - MUST follow these rules:
* Must be written and submitted by a person of 18 years of age or over. They may NOT discuss any sexual activity involving those under the age of 13 or any masturbation or sexual remembrances involving those under 13, whether stated specifically or contextually.
* Must be noted as fiction if it is not true. There is a checkbox to mark your story as fiction during submission. Our guiding principle for fantasy is that if there is no harm coming to others in your fantasy, it is allowed, as long as it also follows other rules.
* Must not involve any sexual touching between someone 18+ and someone under 18.
* Must not involve scat - (sexual activities involving poop).
* Must not contain advertisements, outside links, domain names, product names or outside promotions of any kind within the description, body text, or any other text. (including "See my profile for...").
*Must not involve bestiality - sexual activity between humans and real-life animals. Human sex with fantasy characters, monsters, furries, anthro, etc. are allowed.
* Ravishment/non-consent fantasies in which the "victim" receives no thrill or enjoyment from the acts, or is seriously and/or permanently physically harmed/abused/maimed/killed. Or the victim is unconscious and therefore unable to consent. You can fantasize and write about being raped, but not committing the act of rape.
* Must not promote real (non-fictional) prostitution or sex work. These themes and topics may be used freely in fictional stories, but authors may not promote any real-life sex work services or real-life prostitution services.
* Must not promote outside businesses or alternative personal contact info., etc.
* Submissions must not be copyrighted material for which the submitter is not the owner of the copyright, or for which the submitter does not have an explicit license from the copyright owner to publish the work at SoloTouch.
* Must not discuss ANY non-consensual activities. This includes with a participant that is asleep, unconscious, under an amount of drugs or alcohol that would not allow consent.
* Consent applies to approval of voyeurism activities. Works of voyeurism are not allowed unless the person watched is consenting, or in the public domain, or you are in your private domain and can view them across the public domain or in the public domain and there is a reasonable knowledge of person being watched that they could be seen by others. (Eg: Not living alone and engaging in sexual acts with your door open. Masturbating in hotel room with open or backlit sheer curtains. Engaging in sexual acts at your pool when you have neighbors with 2nd story views into your pool area. (Peeping over the fence at your neighbor would not be allowed. It is reasonable for the pool user to expect privacy with single-story homes and a fence.)
* Must not discuss any dangerous activities.
* All stories will undergo a subjective "icky factor" test of which Solotouch owners, editors and the community at large can input their opinion. There IS simply a different feeling in regards to some sexual fantasies, even if they seem to follow the rules. ST has final decision-making authority on all submissions of all types. We will lean towards conservatism, so if you feel you may be pushing the boundaries, you probably are and your story will likely be rejected.

Stories regarding incest and sexual experiences and exploration with family members are allowed with adherance to the following https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_incest coefficients:
* Two related adults, both being 18 years of age or older, sharing any amount of shared DNA, can have any level of consenting sexual contact desired.
* Sexual activity between step-relatives, adopted relatives and in-laws, are not considered incestual. Other relevant rules still apply.
* 50% shared DNA, example full siblings and parents: Masturbation discussion, viewing, and in proximity of others is allowed but the touching of others or being touched by others is not.
* 25% DNA, Eg: Half brothers, aunt/uncle-nephew/niece, etc: Masturbation discussion, viewing, and in proximity of others is allowed but the touching of others or being touched by others is not.
* 12.5% shared DNA, Eg: First cousins: Masturbation including the touching of others is allowed. No other sexual activity is permitted. Activities allowed include mutual masturbation, hand jobs, fingering, making out, feeling up, dry humping, discussion, viewing, and the use of toys and devices. No sex is allowed - vaginal, oral or anal.

Formatting Guidelines
In addition, please follow these formatting guidelines to make it easier to format your story for publishing on the site:
* Please proof-read for proper grammar, spelling, maintainance of tense through story, capitalization and punctuation. Many online editing programs are available and free. If editor must fix too many mistakes, story will be rejected.
* Use 2 line breaks (press "enter" twice) to separate paragraphs or sections of your story. You may have noticed that it is difficult to read stories with no breaks.
*Do not use tabs or multiple spaces to indent paragraphs. Instead use two line breaks and do not indent.
* PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL CAPS. THIS SHOULD BE USED ONLY FOR EMPHASIS (I.E., YELLING). Stories that are submitted in all caps will not be published. Since it is very difficult to convert a story from ALL CAPS to normal capitalization, these submissions will be discarded.
* Please copy from plain text documents (not Microsoft Word documents) and paste as plain text into the Submit editor. Microsoft Word documents can be converted to plain text by saving them as plain text (.txt) documents. This will resolve any paragraph spacing issues to improve reading experience for your fellow ST'ers and fans.
