I have a penis pump, a medical grade “vacuum erection device” like those often offered as a treatment for men experiencing ED. No, I don't think that there are any sex toys who can sufficiently simulate a vagina. But there are some, that make the experience significantly better. Fleshlights have a nice, soft texture and provide the feel of wetness if lubed up properly, but if you use it with your hand, it still feels like masturbating. If you use it with a mount, like the mentioned Liberator on a Mission, it feels way more like the real deal, because you move like having sex.
