My opinion on content guidelines

Just my opinion but I enjoy reading the old stories where you could openly state what age you or other people when younger than 13. I think that a lot of us remember masturbating /exploring before age 13 and would favor seeing this content restriction removed. Is this same restriction on Whispering Lily?
