Chat alerts

If you have friended someone, it alerts you when they login in chat. Otherwise, no logged on/off msgs. They can sometimes be really annoying

That is a nice suggestion. And what is it with some users that they are out and in constantly, like every 1 or 2 minutes? Is it a connection flutter? I have asked several people in that situation and have never had a reply, nor, I think, do they ever chat. I think it must be some kind of connection issue, and they aren't even there.

I've seen that phenomena for a long time here and it seems to affect the same individuals in Chat. As far as I can tell it has never happened to me, though. It's something that either the users are doing or communications glitches with their connections.

yep the constant person xyz has logged into chat
person xyz has logged out of chat

every 30 sec to 2 min gets annoying...and yes it is likely....or hopefully(?) an internet connection issue because if its purposeful, not sure what purpose it serves other than "haha im annoying the 10 people in chat!"
