I uploaded my avatar over the weekend. For most sites its instant, but heard they have to be approved here. Ok...ummmm, its been like 3-4 days. It isnt controversial, it isnt political, there is no nudity, whats the hold up?
Can these be done in a timely fashion or what?

Give them some more time. This is a volunteer organization for the most part.
