Ability to block specific users

If I had my druthers members could block seeing posts and comments by specific users. There’s one member whose avatar creeps me out to the point I’ve stopped reading his comments, even though they are usually pretty good posts. There’s another whose avatar and the content of his posts are always cringeworthy. Their avatars and content of their posts are the prerogatives of these two users and I do not wish to report them as inappropriate because presumably they do not violate site policies — that’s just the way it goes in a semi-public forum, so tough luck for me — but I wish I could control whether I see them. There’s probably many members who would block me as well, haha. Thanks.
