Help Research Masturbation

Hey there!
Porn and masturbation have been topics of discussion that I have really been interested in researching. As one who used to masturbate (and might go back--that's a different story), and slightly as a favor for a friend, I've been trying to do what I can to figure out the ins and outs of masturbation. I might end up writing an article on it--fingers crossed, it might even get published. If enough research and experimentation is done, we might find ourselves furthering our understanding of fetishes, sexuality, the orgasm, and willpower. It might help people who don't want to masturbate, but are having trouble quitting. And we'll learn things that are just interesting to know.
Point is, I need your help. I'm trying to figure out what is possible and what isn't, what is normal or not, and just how people react to things--and I need people who are willing to try strange things, like masturbating in weird and new ways or sharing a decent amount of your past to see how that impacted your attitudes today. We're trying to push boundaries here and see the unexplored.
Or, this might just be a bust and we won't doing or learning anything. I'm hoping that won't happen, though. Worst comes to worst, you'll likely learn a bit more about yourself.
