As a chiropractor I often discuss masturbation with my female.patients as a healthy way to relieve stress and it also helps some women with headaches and the pains associated with their periods.

I've been taught (by my parents, school, and church) that playing with myself is bad/sinful, but sometimes I still do it. I often feel guilty afterwards, but knowing that masturbating is good for you kind of helps a little.

My mother believed that masturbation was healthy and should be done as often as one wanted. She was a nudist and a hippie. She encouraged me to masturbate at home and told me I never needed to be ashamed. I often did it with her in the room while watching TV.
