I am an open advocate of masturbation and believe that not only is it natural and healthy but that it should also be a Guilt-Free pleasure experience.

Yes, I agree that it should be a guilt free experience.
As a chiropractor I often discuss masturbation with my male.patients as a healthy way to relieve stress.

Interesting that a chiropractor would discuss masturbation to their male patients. But like you say, it is a way to releave stress. Don't think all male patients would be comfortable with their chiropractor discussing this topic, or have you found it no problem. I would think if it was the GP, then this would come under their field of health. Would you discuss this for women as well?

I was actually told to masturbate regularly by my female doctor.
Are we adults or not ?
