Then I fold the rest of the open end together so that the whole open end is fitted like a rose around the knot. The knot makes sure that the bag cannot unfold due to the water pressure. I tie a shoelace around the edge underneath the knot end the bag is secured. Because the bag is folded halfway inside out you end up with a snugly hole to stick your cock in.
