If anybody loves to see just how long they can push themselves before they cannot physically hold out anymore, here's how ...



Sit down anywhere at home, on a bus etc, and hold on as tight as you possibly can. Imagine you're so bursting to pea that simply pressing yourself down won't work so you have to hold as tight as possible just to stop an accident. What you do is hold it until your body starts contracting involuntarily but then force them to stop by pressing your body in to the chair as hard as you can and then letting the pressure go while holding on as tight as possible. You know when you're done for after around 10-20 minutes there is nothing one can do but let everything go because by then the contractions are just too strong to hold off even with the mind over matter! From experience contractions last for ages, on and off and sometimes a bathroom is needed for real just to stop juice for getting through clothing plus to dry off!
