On a recent fishing trip in my little boat, a friend and I were talking about this and that, and the subject of meditation came up. I've heard a million times that it is good for stress management, overall health, and better balance in life. But I don't think I could ever sit still that long. Evidently, a bunch of guys get together once a week and they meditate with their hands on their dicks. Or more specifically, they masturbate while trying to clear their minds. In order to make the practice more effective, in other words, to be better at clearing the clutter of thoughts out of their heads, they have a mantra. It's not a spoken mantra, it's a physical one. They try to ride the edge of orgasm for as long as they can. These guys sit together on various sofas and chairs in one guy's living room, and they give themselves erections, and stroke those erections until they are on the brink of ejaculating. But instead of cumming, they stop for a few seconds, until they are back in control, then they resume stroking. Over and over again. This can go on for well over an hour. Typically, after an hour or so, one or two of the guys will slip over the edge and cum. Then within the next hour several others will ejaculate., and some won't. Not cumming is considered more advanced, and is said to leave one positively charged up in a mild but delightful way throughout the rest of the day. The session lasts two hours.
