3) Start masturbating, go slow or fast it doesn't really matter, get to the point where you start to feel like you could cum within thirty seconds.
4) Stop about 5 seconds before the 'point of no return' and then (if you have one) pull your foreskin back, hold your penis upright and glid from the palm to almost up to your elbow along the top end facing you, this will feel awesome and makes you feel like you're about to cum but you won't, it actually puts you back a while.
5) Masturbate really fast until you get to the same point again.
6) Repeat 4 and 5 about 20 times
7) When you're about ready to blow your load because you feel you'll go insane if you don't then start jerking off with one hand and rubbing the end of your penis with your palm of the other.
