Below is a series of exercises for those interested in Edging (i.e. masturbating close to orgasm constantly). Edging is something that I do regularly and is something that lets me stay in a state of almost constant bliss without orgasm.
You will need a lubricant for this. A good deal of control is also needed so strokes should be focused on the top part of the penis.
Edging takes practice. Start off by lubing up your penis and stroking yourself to the edge. Your penis should throb slightly when you do so (be careful not to ejaculate). I suggest using a clock to regulate your strokes until you get used to it (i.e. one minute of stroking/one minute break). Work your way up to half an hour before moving on to Intermediate. At the end of the half hour feel free to orgasm. I find that if I have an orgasm in mind then it is much harder to control my edging session. Perhaps finish your half an hour, have a break and then resume to orgasm.
By now after several periods of the beginner stage you should be getting the feel of this. Aching balls is common and massaging them helps. By now your control should have increased and the clock method can be abandoned. Intermediate stage runs from 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
Welcome to bliss! You should now be able to edge every few seconds, with little or no break. This stage requires discipline. Lube is important, as you'll get blisters otherwise! I recommend only doing advanced every so often otherwise your dick looses its sensitivity.
