This technique is for those, like me, who use panties to aid in, or wear to make more pleasurable masturbation. Take a pair of panties and using a scissor cut the cloth or other material away form the elastic strap without cutting it. When finished one will have just the elastic portion of the panties. Put on the panties and masturbate as usually. Sounds strange, however I found that it is usually that initial feeling of the elastic that promotes a great orgasm.
