I've tried a technique I found on the 'Net one day called 'The Endless Vagina'. Lubricate your hands well. Anything works, but I like Aveeno Moisturizing Lotion. It has menthol for that 'cooling effect'. Cup your hands into a 'c' shape. Your dick goes inside, and after you have finished with one hand, stack another one on top, remove the bottom one, and repeat!

Another technique works very well. Get a standard sized balloon. Cut off the neck and lube the inside. Anything works. Olive oil is messy, but works well. Then pump away!
