One of my favorite techniques requires some outside help. This is similar to a shower-head method but adds the turn-on of jacking-off in public. At night, lie down on your back with legs in the air and turn on the water. Hold the hose a few cm. away from your vagina (inserting the head may be dangerous). At first allow just a trickling of ice cold water to drizzle you all over and then gradually add more force. And who knows, perhaps your hot neighbour may want to join in on the fun! Cheers!
