The skin on the underside of the head is where I start. I roll it between my fingers and tug on it, pulling it up and out. I push a finger into the loose skin on the underside of the cock shaft, gently pushing deep down the shaft. This makes all the cock skin tighter, of course. I do a similar thing on the top of the shaft, sometimes with my thumb. The tightness is what I assume an uncut guy feels as his cock gets harder.

Eventually I can stretch my foreskin over the head with a finger and a thumb pinching/holding the head. Feels great.
