This is secondhand (maybe 'thirdhand') information but I got it all from his mother so I would say that it's reliable. Anyway with the two other allegations and now this I don't know what will happen to my friend. So I say masturbate and have fun, enjoy it but don't do it in public. It's not safe and can ruin your life.
