Interaction between or among people has not changed over time. What has changed is communication.

Please note that I am 70+ years old. Over 60 years ago my buddies and I practiced what you judiciously alluded to as going beyond jacking-off. We were not homosexual. We were just giving and receiving pleasurable feelings with each other.

I believe that if females enjoy giving oral pleasure why shouldn't males also enjoy the feeling of giving in the same way.

Moreover, I believe that people are the same over time. We are biologically driven and it takes eons for the human biology to change.
