'Christian People' Response

To the young man who was told that masterbating is a sin.

There are many christians who believe it is a sin and many who don't. The Bible does not directly address this issue. But you have to search your heart and decide.

If you think you want to continue and it helps you control your needs, then keep it private, keep it under control, and don't let it consume your life. You may or may not feel guilty or ashamed of it.

Try to talk to an adult about it. Someone you really trust and someone that you know well.

Even your parents can help if they are willing to talk about anything with you.

On average 90% of men do and 50% of women do!

And Lastly, pray about it. God always loves you and he understands your needs and feelings because he created you.

Most of your friends who say its gross probably do it but don't wamt anyone to know.

Don't lose your faith over it though.
