I take an empty wide-mouth gatorade bottle or large plastic juice bottle. I remove the cap and lube my penis and the rim of the bottle with astroglide. the mouth of the bottle should not have any sharp edges. I squeeze out some of the air to create a vacuum inside the bottle and insert my penis.
