30-Second Breaks

This was inspired by a technique I read in the men's section and I've tried it a few times now.

You need a stop-watch or timer of some sort, I use the one on my mobile phone. Start masturbating using whichever technique works best for you, for me this is just clitoral stimulation with my fingers through my underwear. Just before you get to the 'point of no return' (when you are just about to orgasm but still have enough control to stop), stop masturbating and start the timer.

You could experiment with different times, but I find a 30-second break is just right. Through this time you should focus on the throbbing feeling or think of your fantasy. When the time is over, start masturbating again (this will be a great relief), but stop again just before the point of no return.

Keep repeating the breaks. You will find the time between the breaks decreases rapidly as you start reaching orgasm very quickly. The bloke who originally posted this on the men's side suggested counting how many strokes it takes to reach the point of no return, and only allowing yourself to stop when it goes down to just two strokes. Obviously this wouldn't work for a woman, but you will become so sensitive that it is only a matter of seconds. At this point, rather than having a break, let yourself orgasm. It is very intense. I normally have about five breaks before it becomes too much.
