Banana Bang

Ok I'm sure other people know about this one but just in case you don't here goes: Get a banana (the largest one you can) and without opening it, squeeze it so that there is some mush on the walls of the banana's insides. After the desired amount of mush open it up and take out the main banana part through only the top and then use it as you please.
