I’m 62 and for several years I was on a medication that inhibited the sexual response and during that time it wasn’t unusual for me to come without being fully erect. It also typically was not as pleasurable as it needed to be.

But now things are different. I changed meds from an SSRI class drug to Welbutrin, which not only is more effective but also has no inhibition of sexual response or pleasure.
